Position Descriptions:
President‑Elect
The President-Elect position plays an important role in ensuring the orderly transition of the Board. They become President if the President resigns, or the position of President otherwise becomes vacant and will serve the former President’s unexpired terms, as well as the full term to which he or she was elected. The President-Elect acts in the absence of the President as chair of the Board, works closely with the President to ensure continuity of leadership, and supports the efforts of the President. This position is a three-year commitment as it transitions from President-Elect to President and then to Past-President.
The President‑Elect serves as a key member of the PASHRM Executive Committee and Board of Directors, supporting strategic leadership and organizational continuity.

Treasurer
The Treasurer serves as the chief financial steward of PASHRM and is responsible for overseeing the Society’s financial integrity and sustainability. The Treasurer is a key member of the PASHRM Executive Committee and Board of Directors, supporting fiscal viability and continuity.
