A PSO and Patient Safety Work Product is a powerful vehicle to encourage and protect patient safety activities within health systems, but is often misunderstood in scope and application. This program will help educate those responsible for drafting and implementing Patient Safety Evaluation System policies on what constitutes PSWP, the different pathways for creating PSES, and how to effectively protect PSWP through a PSES policy.
