The presentation is an overview of how to incorporate high reliability principles to eradicate quality, risk, and equity silos in health care systems. Strategies from ASHRM and National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) publications, “National Stakeholder Strategy for Achieving Health Equity” report, and TJC standards will be incorporated. 

About the Presenter
Dr. Eunice Jones has 20+ years’ executive experience leading quality management, risk management, and patient safety programs in multi-site and multi-state health systems with an uncompromising aim on executing highly reliable, safe, and equitable outcomes. She facilitated a national workgroup that developed NAHQ’s patient safety competencies. Well known for quickly and calmly analyzing complex situations, collaborating with others, and developing sustainable, inter-professional solutions.
